Feasibility
This first stage is one of the most important! This is when we explore what we can yield on your site including due diligence on zoning and future servicing.
Planning
Designing your dream home(s)! Either select from our range of fantastic plans or work with our design team to customise or create something new. Once your design is locked in, we will prepare all documentation to apply for resource consent.
Resource/Building Consent
We consider this the first big milestone. Countless hours of planning, emails, and designing get us to this point — one that should certainly be celebrated!
Sign contracts
We have a plan and now we need to put it into action! So we all sign on the dotted line and get cracking.
Earthworks
This is where we prepare the construction site for the foundations and subsequent construction of the house(s)
Civil and drainage
Time to break ground! Prepare to see some cool machinery as we begin laying drainage and services for the site/subdivision and future home(s).
Foundations
The first step in the build process of your home, and very literally the foundation that sets us up for the rest of the build.
Ready to roof
With the frames and trusses up, it’s easy to start visualising what the home(s) will look like! Soon after, the fascia and roof will be installed.
Closed-in
We are finally watertight and ready for the rest of the magic to happen. This is one of the biggest milestones of the build which allows us to start on the inside and finish exterior works such as painting and landscaping.
Interior linings
When the house(s) really start to feel like home(s)! With the interior linings on the wall, each space finally starts to feel like a room, and you get a real sense of the size. From the outside it won’t look like much is happening but rest assured we are working hard.
Plastering / painting
Any semblance of construction is literally painted over as we plaster and paint to your desired finish and colour.
Final fit-out
Your kitchen and bathroomware is installed, floor coverings applied, electrical, lighting and heating all finished off — all the final touches to make your home(s) ready to move in.
Move in!
It’s yours — move in and enjoy it! We’re here to support you with a 12-month maintenance period and a 10-year guarantee for structural defects and weather tightness.
